Max’s mission is simple: no one should leave this life without reaching their happiest, highest potential. As a speaker, coach, and pastor, he helps men in their 20s achieve breakthrough success through his Quantum Coaching system and The Playbook: How to Dominate Your 20s. Known for creating leaps in growth, Max blends strategic insight with heart-led leadership. With experience in planning, conflict resolution, and team building, he brings lasting impact from global stages to local churches. He currently pastors Sumter Berea and Manning Maranatha SDA Churches under the South Atlantic Conference.
